Neighbourly Pharmacy is hiring a full-time Compounding Central Fill Supervisor at Lovell Drugs - KOPI Compounding Center in Kingston, Ontario. The role oversees sterile and non-sterile compounding operations, workflow, billing, shipping, regulatory compliance, and customer relationships; it also supervises and trains compounding technicians and assistants. The position requires a registered pharmacy technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists, 3–5 years of pharmacy compounding experience, and knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding standards, NAPRA, USP, and OCP frameworks. Compounding certification, supervisory experience, high-volume or specialized-compounding experience, and business-to-business experience are preferred.
