Hims & Hers is hiring a Compounding Lab Manager to oversee daily operations of its compounding laboratories, including setup, production, equipment and lab cleaning, quality checks, and hazardous-drug safety. The role supervises compounding technicians and lab assistants, supports the development and rollout of new compounded treatments, creates SOPs and training materials, manages study protocols and data, and coordinates with pharmacy leadership on personnel development and labor planning. Required qualifications include Ohio Pharmacy Technician Certification, USP chapters 795 and 800 knowledge, compounding pharmacy experience, Computer Rx familiarity, pharmacy SOP knowledge, and the ability to train staff. The position offers medical, dental, and vision benefits and requires physical work involving hazardous drugs, PPE, and up to a twelve-hour shift.
