Description
KDC-ONE is hiring a full-time Lead Compounder in Groveport, Ohio, to lead daily compounding of bulk products, assign tasks, troubleshoot SAP and manufacturing instructions, investigate batching issues, recommend process improvements, maintain GMP and safety standards, and support documentation and special projects. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong math and reading skills, and two years of compounding experience in a chemical processing or manufacturing setting; SAP, pre-weight or sanitization, and leadership experience are preferred. The position involves exposure to chemicals, sanitizers, hot water, motorized equipment, and the use of personal protective equipment.
