MOL Polska is hiring a Compounding Market Developer to identify and develop automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, build customer relationships, identify applications and business opportunities for sustainable compounds, coordinate development projects from R&D through start of production, and represent MOL at client meetings and industry events. The role requires a university degree in chemical, mechanical, plastics, or a related engineering field, 7–8 years of automotive industry experience, extensive market and customer relations experience, project-tracking and specification-development experience, fluent English, a Category B driving license, and regular travel. It is an employment contract based in Kraków, Warsaw, or Gdańsk, with healthcare, a company social benefits fund, and employer-funded group insurance with an investment fund.
