Description
The Compounding Operator will work in Bergen op Zoom monitoring and controlling modern plastic-compounding machines, performing quality checks, taking samples, making process adjustments, and responding to deviations. The role also includes loading and unloading, inspecting installations, reporting malfunctions, and coordinating information handovers during shift changes on a continuous five-shift schedule. Applicants need VAPRO A-level knowledge or working and thinking skills, a valid VCA (VOL) certificate, compounding experience, and preferably SAP or forklift experience.
