Description
AltaMed Health Services Corp. is hiring a Compounding Pharmacy Technician III to support pharmacy operations, process prescriptions and orders, coordinate patient care, prepare and dispense medications and supplies, provide customer service, and compound sterile medications in a clean room for at least 50% of the work time. The role includes preparing and dispensing IV therapies while following aseptic techniques and USP 797 and USP 800 requirements. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least four years of pharmacy technician experience, required state registration or licensure, BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, and completion of designated training when applicable.
