Description
The Compounding Process Coordinator supports the Compounding Supervisor by coordinating compounding staff and resources, assigning production tasks, operating complex processing equipment, mixing batches to quality specifications, completing paperwork and reporting, and assisting with training, process improvements, and plant policy compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, GMP and GDP knowledge, mechanical aptitude, physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to problem-solve. The anticipated hourly pay range is $26.00 to $34.00, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus and health, dental, and vision insurance.
