Description
Voyant Beauty is hiring a Compounding Supervisor to oversee and coordinate chemical compounding, pre-weighing, material management, production scheduling, documentation, safety, and compliance for new and existing beauty and personal care products. The role supervises staff, manages inventory and overtime, collaborates with QA on batching errors, and leads continuous improvement and process optimization. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of relevant leadership, compounding, safety, inventory, or process-improvement experience are preferred.
