L&L Products is hiring a Compounding Support Associate to support production setup, material preparation, machine operation, quality procedures, safety checks, equipment troubleshooting, and production assignments. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of manufacturing setup and shutdown experience, ERP Oracle and Excel skills, a Hilo License, and experience with die handling, pressure equipment, fiberglass and carbon fiber precautions, isocyanate handling, and safety systems.
