Description
The Maintenance Procurement Specialist will manage requisitions and purchase orders for mining equipment maintenance, sourcing and negotiating parts, components, consumables, tools, and services from national and international suppliers. The role includes identifying part numbers and technical specifications, tracking orders and deliveries, responding to critical equipment stoppages, evaluating suppliers, coordinating with maintenance, warehouse, planning, and operations, and seeking supply alternatives and cost savings. The position is based at the central office in Zacatecas and requires an engineering, industrial, mechanical, administrative, logistics, or related degree, plus 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, parts, or heavy equipment procurement.
