Description
The Comprehensive Scheduler I supports scheduling across TFP and hospital systems, serves as a liaison to internal and external entities, participates in value-based programs, manages telehealth scheduling, provides in-house registration support, and collaborates with teams and leadership to improve patient access. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of medical-setting or relevant customer-service experience, and familiarity with the TFP scheduling system and EPIC is preferred.
