Description
The Compressor Operator/Facility Operator will operate and maintain natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment, including engines, compressors, separators, generators, flares, dehydrators, VRUs, and coolers. Responsibilities include monitoring pressure and temperature, documenting equipment performance, performing minor maintenance, troubleshooting, coordinating contractors, responding to emergencies, maintaining safety and regulatory compliance, and completing required reports. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, and may require 12–16 consecutive hours; a high school diploma or equivalent and gas or diesel mechanics experience are preferred. Entry-level pay is $18–$20 per hour, with additional field-related experience pay, medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
