Description
OMRT is hiring Computational Engineers at mid and senior levels to translate complex real estate design problems into repeatable parametric scripts and computational workflows. The role combines architecture, data science, and software engineering across urban physics, scenario design, BIM analysis, and platform development, with responsibilities including technical execution, scalable scripting, simulation and spatial analysis, and integration of computational workflows. Candidates need a BSc or MSc in a relevant field, professional parametric design experience, and demonstrated delivery of parametric real estate projects; Grasshopper and Rhino 3D are required, while Python, C#, Ladybug, Honeybee, Revit, and IFC are advantageous. The position is full-time, hybrid, based in Amsterdam, and pays EUR 4,000–EUR 5,500 monthly base salary.
