Description
The Field Development Engineer for the Compute Platform is a peer-level technical role supporting customers across startups and enterprises. The engineer designs deployment architectures, leads technical onboarding and architecture reviews, supports POCs and workload migrations, advises on performance and scalability, assists with AI and ML workloads, troubleshoots issues across the application and infrastructure stack, and provides feedback for product and engineering teams. The role requires PaaS or cloud platform experience, application deployment knowledge, solutions architecture experience, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with backend languages, containers, CI/CD, and cloud networking; AI and ML familiarity is a plus.
