Description
The Computer Analyst advises and assists users, repairs and maintains computer systems and network infrastructure, supports the Sheriff Department and E911 Center, and maintains County GIS and E-911 addressing information. The role includes installing and configuring systems and equipment, troubleshooting networks and hardware, monitoring operations, providing user training and support, preparing technical reports, and performing related clerical duties. It requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or data processing supplemented by one to two years of computer programming experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. The position reports to the Director of Computer Operations and includes on-call time with the Sheriff and E911.
