Description
The Software Developer will independently develop software tools for managing, processing, versioning, and publishing large scientific datasets in the Zarr-fuse project. The role requires advanced Python programming, web-application development, software engineering knowledge, and the ability to design and integrate technical solutions; experience with large remote-data workflows, metadata, dataset versioning, and specialized data tools is advantageous. The position is a full-time fixed-term contract for one year with possible extension, includes 40 hours per week, and offers benefits such as vacation, flexible hours, meals, training, and accommodation support.
