Description
The New York City Police Department’s Information Technology Services Division is hiring a Computer Associate (Operations) to provide citywide technical support, administer Active Directory, manage service queues, and oversee hardware provisioning. The role includes diagnosing network, hardware, and software issues; triaging ServiceNow tickets; deploying and maintaining workstations, servers, network printers, and enterprise software; and escalating critical incidents. The position follows a Thursday–Saturday three-day tour and requires at least two years of full-time computer operations experience in a large-scale networked, multi-tiered, or mainframe environment, or an equivalent education and experience combination.
