CymSTAR, LLC is hiring a Computer Based Training Instructor (CBTI) at Camp Shelby, Mississippi, to instruct customers on Mobile Close Combat Tactical Trainer (MCCTT) simulator systems and support Army TADSS training and engineering services. The role involves demonstrating simulator use, planning and executing command-and-control operations, developing interactive courseware, and applying programming, branching logic, and quality-control procedures. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, specified military training, at least five years of instructor or training experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. The position is scheduled for a standard 40-hour workweek with possible overtime and weekend work, and limited travel may be required.
