The role covers access procedures, password changes, software installation and configuration, computer formatting, asset inventory and control, equipment maintenance, service-ticket tracking, lab access control, and support for the learning platform. The position requires a high school diploma, with a computing technical course preferred, and offers a Monday-to-Friday and Saturday schedule with medical, dental, transportation, parking, and other benefits.
