The role collaborates with programmers, systems analysts, and business analysts, troubleshoots user and system issues, processes requests, and supports business continuity. Candidates need a college degree or equivalent education and experience, 2–3 years of experience with office products, mainframe systems, networks, operating systems, applications, hardware, and protocols, and familiarity with Python, Java, or SQL.
