Client Solution Architects is hiring a Computer Programmer Engineer III to support Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific’s Application Arsenal and other defense software delivery operations in San Diego, California. The role designs, implements, and maintains secure software delivery pipelines across classified environments, using modern DevSecOps, containerized architectures, microservices, event-driven and serverless patterns, and CI/CD practices. It requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a master’s degree in engineering, and at least five years of software development experience, including two years in regulated government or DoD environments and two years with resilient software architectures. The position also requires experience with DoD enterprise platforms, DDIL environments, cross-domain solutions, automated security testing, and production deployment technologies.
