Description
The Computer Scientist as Health Data Integration Specialist will develop high-performance ETL processes, model exported health data, optimize databases, analyze data quality, monitor ETL pipelines, and implement DICOMweb-related MVPs, de-identification modules, metadata endpoints, caching, and proxy functionality. The role is part-time at 19.28 hours per week, fixed-term until 31 December 2027, and requires a computer science degree, strong Scala, Rust, Python, or similar programming skills, PostgreSQL knowledge, Git and GitLab experience, software testing knowledge, and German and English proficiency.
