ICF is hiring a Junior Computer Scientist / Software Developer to work on-site in Adelphi, Maryland. The role supports researchers by developing and maintaining machine-learning applications, implementing IoT network connectivity, web and mobile applications, and participating in software architecture and international collaboration. Candidates need at least one year of professional software development experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, Python and Java skills, Linux and Git experience, CUDA GPU acceleration experience, and background with cameras and sensors. The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active U.S. Government security clearance, and DoD 8140 IAT I Level compliance. The stated full-time pay range is $81,499 to $138,549.
