The Salvation Army is hiring a Computer Support Analyst for its Tulsa Area Command. The role provides technical support for computer hardware and software, resolves hardware and software problems, installs peripherals, changes configurations, trains users, and maintains accurate knowledge of supported systems. The position requires knowledge of Windows and computer operating systems, problem-solving and training abilities, and an associate’s degree in information technology or a related field or two years of technical college, with two years of computer repair experience and relevant certifications preferred.
