Lonza is hiring a Computer Systems Validation (CSV) Associate Director for its US East Coast portfolio in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, on an onsite basis. The role leads CSV delivery from design through qualification, start-up, handover, and operational readiness; provides technical governance for computerized systems, automation, and control platforms; develops regional CSV capabilities; and leads cross-functional teams through audits and regulatory inspections. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, extensive regulated-environment CSV experience, knowledge of GAMP and data-integrity requirements, and demonstrated leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
