Farouk Systems is hiring an entry-level Computer Support / IT Security Analyst to provide first-line help desk and end-user support while assisting with IT security, vulnerability scanning, patch management, access reviews, and basic compliance. The role covers desktop and mobile troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, network connectivity, system maintenance, and escalation of issues. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and hands-on experience is required, along with foundational knowledge of Windows, networking, endpoint security, and ticketing systems.
