Description
The Computer Technician tests, repairs, refurbishes, and sorts laptops and other electronics for retail and wholesale customers. The role works within a team of four to six technicians under a Lead Technician, identifies resalable parts, maintains inventory and organization, cleans the workspace, and may train employees in the Work Readiness program. The position requires laptop troubleshooting and repair experience, strong organization and multitasking skills, NAID Access eligibility, United States employment eligibility, and a traditional Monday-to-Friday schedule with core hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in a warehouse setting.
