KABS is hiring an IT Technician to provide Level 1 technical support to internal users across offices in Saint-Hubert and Val-des-Sources, Quebec. The role includes computer and software qualification, workstation preparation, remote VPN assistance, equipment inventory, incident processing, installation and configuration of computers and related devices, documentation of infrastructure procedures, and occasional evening or weekend deployments. Candidates need 1–3 years of IT support experience, Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, PowerShell, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows knowledge, along with strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
