KABS is hiring an IT Technician to provide Level 2–3 technical support to internal users across offices in St-Hubert and Val des Sources, and to perform remote interventions. The role covers Active Directory, GPOs, PowerShell, Exchange, server and NAS administration, virtualization, network and telephony configuration, cybersecurity compliance, incident tracking, user training, and equipment support. Candidates need 3–5 years of IT support experience, strong Windows and Active Directory knowledge, and the ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment; occasional travel in Quebec is required. The position is permanent and includes group insurance and virtual healthcare.
