Description
Boon is hiring a Computer Vision Applied Research Scientist to own end-to-end experiments on a foundation model for understanding construction drawings. The role combines research architecture design, self-supervised and supervised training, rigorous evaluation, and shipping production models through inference pipelines. It is an 80/20 research-to-production position requiring 3–7+ years of computer vision research experience, expertise in multi-modal dense prediction and modern vision transformers, strong PyTorch skills, and the ability to move models from research to production.
