eShepherd is hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to take the Vision Weigh animal-measurement product from prototype to reliable commercial-farm deployment. The role owns the computer-vision model, pipeline, edge compute, calibration, ground-truth data, and retraining loop, working with data, software, firmware, hardware, and product specialists. The engineer will build and iterate on vision systems that operate outdoors with animals, handle depth sensing and noisy data, and use Python, PyTorch, generative AI, and other modern tools.
