eShepherd is hiring a Computer Vision Engineer to take Vision Weigh, an animal-measurement product, from prototype to reliable commercial-farm deployment. The role owns the computer-vision model, pipeline, edge compute, calibration, ground-truth data, and retraining loop, working with specialists across data, software, firmware, hardware, and product. The engineer will build and iterate on vision systems that operate outdoors with animals, handle depth sensing and noisy data, and use Python, PyTorch, edge hardware, generative AI, and related tools.
