Description
The Computer Vision Intern will join the Safety Systems team in Schönaich to develop and benchmark 3D person detection algorithms that fuse depth, RGB, and point cloud data for safety-critical humanoid-robot systems. The role includes building a Safe Human Detection prototype pipeline, developing test harnesses, validating safety interfaces, and collecting reproducible benchmarking data. Candidates should be enrolled MSc students in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Robotics, with strong Python and C++ skills, computer vision and 3D depth-sensing experience, and familiarity with point cloud processing tools.
