This dual-role position at Smithfield involves overseeing and driving the entire maintenance work control process, focusing on planning, executing, training, and managing maintenance activities. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, developing job plans, assigning work control plans to supervisors, providing technical guidance, and managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role also supports safety programs, manages MRO inventory, assists with process safety management (PSM), and ensures compliance with regulations.
