University of Chicago Medicine is hiring a full-time, fully onsite Computerized Tomography Scanner Technologist in its Radiology CT department in Hyde Park, Chicago, Illinois. The role performs CT and other diagnostic imaging procedures, follows radiologist protocols and radiation-safety practices, provides patient care and education, administers contrast, documents exams, evaluates image quality, maintains equipment, and supports research, clinical trials, and staff orientation. The position requires formal radiologic technology training, current ARRT registration, Illinois IEMA licensure, CPR/BLS, and advanced CT certification within 12 months of hire; one year of CT experience and Level 1 Trauma Center experience are preferred.
