Comsec Operator at RMI

Description

The Comsec Operator will work in the Comsec department, reporting to the Comsec Supervisor. Responsibilities include handling emergency calls, monitoring alarm systems and CCTV, dispatching emergency units, performing equipment diagnostics, maintaining service logs, processing card access requests, providing reports to management, and conducting emergency drills.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: 3 years minimum of emergency dispatch experience
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Talking to others to convey information effectively.
Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.

Listening attentively to information and discerning relevant information.
