Description
The Concessions and Services Program Manager will support the operations and administration of non-airline revenue contracts for the nation’s capital’s airports, including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and Washington Dulles International Airport. The role manages concession and commercial-service contracts and subcontracts, develops and administers requests for proposals, oversees procurement and contract compliance, monitors concessionaire financial and operational performance, coordinates concessionaire meetings, and serves as a Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative. The position requires six years of progressively responsible experience in managing contracts and leases, knowledge of commercial leasing and contract law, negotiation and project-management skills, and a bachelor’s degree; airport concession experience is preferred. The salary range is $106,262.00-$154,080.00, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
