Description
The Concessions Attendant supports theatre management by serving guests at the concession stand, selling food and beverage items, completing transactions, operating point-of-sale terminals, preparing orders, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and resolving guest concerns. The role requires strong communication, hospitality, teamwork, flexibility for late evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds. No minimum education is required.
