Paradigm is hiring a service-focused Concierge to lead the front desk team at a luxury high-rise apartment community in Alexandria, Virginia. The role involves resident package distribution, amenity reservations, visitor monitoring, routine property checks, and support for management, contractors, staff supervision, and resident events.
