Description
The Spa Concierge serves as the welcoming face of Salamander Resort & Spa, providing luxury guest service by greeting guests, answering calls, scheduling and modifying appointments, checking guests in and out, processing payments, coordinating with spa staff and resort departments, maintaining records, and resolving guest concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and computer skills, organizational ability, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation is $12 per hour plus service charge, with total compensation of $21–$23 per hour based on business levels and performance, along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
