Description
The Concierge provides personalized and proactive guest service, assists guests throughout their stay, arranges reservations and special requests, handles mail and packages, coordinates with bell and valet staff, supports VIP and long-stay guests, maintains local-partner relationships, and contributes to resolving guest issues. The role requires hospitality or tourism education, at least two years of concierge or customer-relations experience, French and Arabic proficiency, fluent English, knowledge of Algiers and its region, and strong service orientation, discretion, presentation, responsiveness, autonomy, and initiative.
