Description
The Concierge is a specialized guest-services representative for Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford, assisting guests with travel arrangements, tours, restaurant and flight bookings, local information, transportation, reservations, immigration and customs guidance, and other requests. The role reports to the Director of Guest Services and requires at least two years of service-industry experience, knowledge of Opera and related hotel systems, strong customer service and guest-relations skills, clear English, and the ability to work independently.
