Description
The Concierge serves as a member-experience liaison at an Invited club, greeting members and guests, handling phone calls, emails, reservations, inquiries, and event communications, and supporting outreach, social media, member profiles, and member experience initiatives. The role reports to the Member Experience Director, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of hospitality or customer-facing experience, and includes weekend or holiday attendance. Full-time members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage plus other benefits.
