Le Groupe Maurice is hiring a permanent Concierge for Résidence Seva in Candiac. The full-time evening role runs from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with one weekend off every two, and involves cleaning and maintaining common areas, performing general maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work, conducting equipment inspections, supporting events and installations, reporting safety issues, and assisting with waste collection. The position requires similar experience, basic technical skills, problem-solving ability, physical condition, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
