Le Groupe Maurice is hiring a permanent, part-time Concierge in Montreal to support its maintenance department. The role involves cleaning and maintaining indoor and outdoor common areas, performing heavy cleaning and basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work, responding to resident requests, collecting waste, and assisting with activity setup. The schedule is daytime and evening, with one weekend off every two, and requires French and English knowledge, at least two years of similar experience, and a DVS/DES in general building maintenance or hygiene and sanitation.
