Description
The Concierge will provide personalized, efficient service to hotel guests, share local attractions, events, restaurants, and transport information, assist with special requests, check-ins, check-outs, transportation, and luggage needs, resolve guest issues, and support the Chief Concierge and team. The role requires at least two years of concierge or related experience in a luxury hotel or equivalent environment, strong communication and customer-service skills, fluency in English and Japanese, and a high school diploma.
