Description
The Concierge will support residents and families at the Palace Renaissance & Royale assisted-living and catered-living community in Miami, Florida. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, taking messages, locating residents, handling deliveries, operating the telephone system, and performing clerical assignments. The role requires a high school degree or equivalent, computer literacy, basic math and typing skills, clear English communication, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and emergencies; Spanish is preferred.
