Tricon is hiring a Concierge for The Taylor, a premium rental community in downtown Toronto. The role serves as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, delivering hospitality-driven service, coordinating resident requests and parcel handling, supporting move-ins and move-outs, maintaining accurate logs and property systems, and acting as a controlled access point while monitoring security and safety procedures. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organization, and at least two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or multi-residential environments, with flexibility for rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
