Skyservice Business Aviation is hiring a Concierge / Customer Service professional in Dorval, Quebec to provide exceptional customer service for arriving and departing passengers, flight crews, and aircraft operations at its FBO. The role includes front desk coverage, ground transportation coordination, catering and baggage support, customer-facing area upkeep, courtesy shuttle driving, vehicle inspections, and security/parking lot patrols. Candidates need 2–3 years of customer service experience (preferably aviation), a Class 5 driver’s license, secondary school completion, and availability for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
