The role controls building access, welcomes occupants and guests, supports safety and security responses, maintains visitor and access records, assists with events and deliveries, distributes mail, provides information, and performs related administrative and tenant-support duties. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, computer skills including Microsoft Office, relevant concierge, security, reception, or front-office experience, strong communication and organization, customer-service ability, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure. Compensation is $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
